Land, Mobile Home, Barn, 2 block utility rooms, - Sumrall, MS

Looking to sell 2.5 acres and mobile home in Oak Grove MS. On land there is a very large barn (needs some work) we use it as a storage place, Also a cinder block utility building with 2 seperate rooms to it, My son and his wife lived in one of the rooms for over a year. a metal shed we use for lawnmower and tools and things like that, and a 17 X 74 mobile home, master bedroom has its own bathroom and seperate shower also garden tub, there is a second bedroom and bathroom. washroom, large open kitchen and dinning room, large living room. very large deck on front of mobile home. Mobile home needs some minor repairs but can be lived in while working on it, we have been living in it, its a pretty big mobile home some think its double wide but its not, School bus stops right in front of the mobile home for Oak Grove school. Its alot of land we are getting older and looking for something smaller.
